Clear words and tangible results

segmenta is an owner-managed agency for integrated communications. Sustainability issues are an integral part of both our service portfolio and our day-to-day work. We help companies make decisions that support sustainable development and communicate their actions in a way that is both visible and credible. At the same time, we are convinced that it is not only our clients—from large corporations to hidden champions—who bear responsibility for the environment and society. We want to be active ourselves and make our own contribution. In our sustainability strategy, we define four areas of action that shape our daily work: “Sustainable Advice,” “Protected Planet,” “Empowered Employees,” and “Social Segmenta.” These areas describe how we provide responsible advice, integrate climate and environmental protection into our operations, create good working conditions, and engage with society. When it comes to climate protection, we focus on relevant, concrete, and transparent solutions - both to reduce emissions in our corporate carbon footprint hotspots and to invest in regenerative agriculture with Klim.

The Klim platform for agricultural emissions management

Farmers reduce CO2 and store carbon in the soil by diversifying their crop rotations, reducing the use of plant protection products and fertilisers, or minimising soil cultivation. Our flexible platform makes emissions measurable on the farm and compensates farmers for reducing and storing emissions.
