Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

We process your personal data for the purpose of establishing business contact and providing you with information about our company, services, and current offers. This outreach is carried out exclusively within the scope of direct marketing to professional email addresses.

Legal basis:
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – Our legitimate interest lies in the targeted approach of potential business clients based on qualifying characteristics – as well as Sec. 7(3) UWG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Source of Data

Your contact data originates from either:

• an existing business relationship,
• publicly available business sources (e.g., company websites, LinkedIn),
• or specialized providers such as:
• Apollo.io Incorporated
• Dealfront GmbH

In all cases, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Categories of Processed Data

• Name
• Email address
• Job title
• Employer and business contact information
• LinkedIn profile (if publicly available)

Recipients of the Data

We engage service providers who act as processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR as part of our processes:

• Reply.io (Reply App Inc., USA): Email communication delivery and management
• Pipedrive: CRM system for managing business relationships following positive responses

Data Transfers to Third Countries

When using Reply.io, data may be transferred to the USA. The protection of your data is ensured through standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards:

• US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) in accordance with the adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework

Data Retention Period

Your data will be stored for a maximum of two years, unless statutory retention periods apply or you object to the processing beforehand. After this period, the data will be deleted.

No automated decision-making or profiling pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
