Windmann Food Service supports Klim farmer Tobias during the transition

On the 175 hectare farm in NRW, the financial support is used to achieve improvements in crop rotation and reduce fertilizers. Tobias achieves greater diversity in crop rotation by growing catch crops that cover the soil between the main crop and keep it rooted through. In this way, humus is built up sustainably and soil health is strengthened.
