2024 Verifications
Start of the verification phase:
As soon as you have submitted your data for 2024, you can immediately start uploading the requested documents. We will start viewing your documents and verifying your data as soon as possible, the exact time will depend on the capabilitites of our verification team.

Information regarding documents and data points:
If you’re in your second year of the Soil+ program, there’s no need to submit any documents you’ve already provided last year.
- Agricultural application or land use certificate:
1) Verification of the farm itself and the fields and field sizes
2) Verification of main crops from the crop rotation module
IMPORTANTIMPORTANT:The agricultural application and/or land use certificate should include the following information accordingly:- Area number
- Area name
- Area size
- Main crop
Documents for:
- Crop rotation: Invoices of cultivated secondary crops (undersowing, catch crops) and, where applicable, the fertilisation requirement assessment, if this provides information on crop residues.
External verification by TÜV
Our external supervisory body is TÜV. TÜV sets the requirements for our verification system and checks whether we implement it correctly in accordance with standards and regulations.
