Got questions? We've got answers!

Is this a sales or marketing scheme?

No. This is not about selling you anything. The Farmer Council exists to improve soil health tools and support using real farmer input. While marketing helped put this page together, the work itself is led by our agronomy, farmer, and product teams.

How much time does this take?

Most farmers take part in three to four touchpoints per year. These might be short calls, surveys, or small group discussions. You can always decide what is worth your time.

Do I have to join every activity?

We understand that every farm is unique, and the practices you implement should be too! Klim’s carbon programs are flexible, allowing you to choose the regenerative practices that best suit the fields you enrol.

Is there compensation?

Yes. When you take part in projects or sessions, we compensate you for your time and input.

What kind of input are you looking for?

Honest, practical feedback. What works on your farm, what doesn't, and what could be better. We are also keen to hear your ideas and suggestions.

Will my information be kept confidential?

Yes. We understand that confidentiality is very important. All responses will be analysed anonymously and used solely for research purposes. Individual answers will not be shared publicly or attributed to you or your farm in any way.

Do I need to be a regenerative farmer or participate in a Klim programme?

No. Farmers at every stage are encouraged to apply, regardless of the practices you use on your farm. Participation in any Klim programme is not required.

What happens after I apply?

Someone from the Klim team will get in touch to introduce themselves and talk through next steps.
