That depends on the option you choose: a one-to-one call takes 45 minutes, the online discussion group 2.5 hours and the monthly round table 60 minutes per session. The research pool is flexible, you only join when it fits your schedule. You decide each time whether you take part.

Not at all. We will share opportunities as they come up, and you choose whether to take part or sit this one out. There is no expectation to join everything.

Yes, every option is paid: €50 for the one-to-one call (45 minutes), €250 for the online discussion group (2.5 hours) and €50 per session of the monthly round table. For the research pool, compensation depends on the study.

Yes. We understand that confidentiality is very important. All responses will be analysed anonymously and used solely for research purposes. Individual answers will not be shared publicly or attributed to you or your farm in any way.

No. Farmers at every stage are encouraged to sign up, regardless of the practices you use on your farm. Participation in any Klim programme is not required.
